Little Timmy Syndrome

Do you realizes the amount of tax dollars our beach is going to have to spend defending Little Timmy.
I say he made a false arrest, state dropped charges make him get his own attorney. He should not even be a policeman due to his smart ass remarks and ****iness, not to mention arresting people with out cause. Like I said little man syndrome. More to come. This was all from some little girl blowing a kiss, could you imagine if it was the middle finger.

The whole frivilous suit was responded to already & sent for a dismissal. The whole thing is a farce with money grubbing ambulance chasers attempting to collect fees from their indigent clients. It will be dismissed in its entirety!
