If he was screwed, you won’t find relief venting about it at this website. If he was screwed, then the case needs to be brought before a judge in a court of law. Venting about something that happened several years ago is not going to help your case (if you have a case). In the end, all clowns eventually get what they so richly deserve – but you may be old when that happens.

Most people seem to have completely forgotten that there is an ongoing criminal investigation. It's been ongoing since Balkwill left office and it's been in the newspaper, so it isn't illegal to disclose it. What people do not know is the depth and breadth of it. People also forget that numerous subpoenas have been issued around the State of Florida and in various locales, yet nothing has come of it all ---- yet. Most people poo poo those newspaper articles with comments like, "That has nothing to do with us." We shall all eventually see exactly what's going on in due time. Some things can't be rushed. The jury isn't you or other leoaffairs readers or H-T readers or SSO staff members. It will be interesting to see who the defendants are, after everything is disclosed.

Lets see. Back in Balkwills first term in office someone was on here saying they were a second floor in the know person and that Balkwill was going to be indicted by the FBI. The second election came and went and Balkwill did not get indicted. Then in his second term Balkwill and Dunklee were going to get indicted and did not. The a little over two years ago we had an election and it was said that Knight was going to be indicted for election fraud and all kinds of crap and he did not. Now the rumor is the big bad Fed is all over the second floor, investigating who knows what. There has yet to be one of those predictions to come true. It is time for certain folks to stop guzzling from the cool aid jug, get a life and get back to work. If they have ever actually worked.
