Re: Dispatchers
I'm not just sick of these two, but I am so sick and tired of everyone else poking their nose into
everyone elses business. If it's not your shift and it does not effect you just mind your own
preschool tattle tailing business.
These higher ups need to start reacting and taking charge for a change. Especially with how shifts are run. Just because your title is "Supervisor" doesn't mean they have the right to belittle people, change the rules constantly and do what ever they want so it suites them at the time. The constant yelling at TC's and Call Takers is causing a lot if tension and chaos in the room. They have forgotten that we are in charge of citizens as well as officers lively hood and regardless of whether
or not they want to be there THEY GET PAID TO. Step down if you cant handle it. Stop refusing to work. Stop
refusing to sit channels, and Stop refusing to answer 911 lines after multiple rings. If a channel needs help or relief or
questions need answering the supervisor should be right there. The room should not have to constantly search for
the supervisor.
The higher ups may not care because they are not in the same room, but one day we are going to end up with
an unfortunate incident that could have been avoided and then it will have been too late.
BUT SERIOUSLY HOW MANY TIMES DO YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE TO COMPLAIN BEFORE ANYTHING IS DONE.
Another email isn't gonna work, because the "volume in the room email" definitely did not work even on the day it came out.
Ask each employee face to face or even ask for an email of what they think needs to be addressed and I am sure
Most have the same general complaint.

Re: Dispatchers
Seriously people??? You have nothing better to do with your time than get into other peoples business! This isnt middle or high school with your petty posts about people. Let them live there own lives, and who are you to know what happens in there life and who they are sleeping with? How do you know that the officers are married or even with there fiance when these people are dating them?? Get your own f-ing lives and worry about that!!! You dont know the story, you only assume you know everything, hence the user name "allknowing" or whatever the h*** it is. And you should respect your superviors and they authority they have over you! They worked there a** off to get to where they are, if you would stop worring about other dispatchers and what there doing with there personal lives and concentrate on your career then mabye one day you will also move up in line! But if you dont stop this petty BS posting im sure they wont want you as a supervisor anyways! So again, stay out of peoples business and lives and find your own to worry about!!!

Soon enough all you that post on here will come to light. Does IP address trace mean anything to you all. This is all slander and false information against individuals and they will not sit back and tolerate such non sense from you. You will have your day in court and these post and the people posting them will all be subpeona'd. There is already a lawyer working on it. So see you all soon and we will see whose gonna be laughing then.

Re: Dispatchers
I'm laughing all right, but is it from the grammar or the general lack of knowledge regarding the first amendment? It's not slander if there are no names - in fact, how do you know it's about you? Unless it's true, and you take exception to the fact that people know your morals and ethics, or lack thereof. The only way out is to get over it and act right.
