FOP Contract Rumors -7% Truth or Lies?

Rumors running rampant about a possible agreement by FOP with Dik heads-- we give up 7% and keep rookies for at least 1 more year. Next year more of the same games. IAFF walked out on 5% and now is going to give 7% (what are they getting under the table)..
Is there any truth to this 7% pay cut - Armando are you selling us out?

what makes me laugh is that the fire dept is only getting rid of 5 of thier own...and those 400 from civil positions where are those from? gsa,mrc,administration.....?
