Let them cut! Start by no longer dispatching us to 911 hang up's, alarm calls. Get rid of all PST and move to patrol. Get rid of all NRO's and move to patrol. Close down Community Affairs and move to patrol. Modify PIO and use only as needed, i.e. call out. Get rid of the Mounted Unit and convert the stables to some other needed structure. Get rid of the Motors Unit and assin to patrol from their cars. Have SIS work in shifts, NO OVERTIME. Put Judy Hill on the street or fire her! Juvenile Unit shut down and in patrol. Get rid of ALL Commanders and have Captains do their job. Get rid of the Deputy Chief. All that is needed is 3 Assistant Chiefs. Get rid of the Comstat room as it is used no more than 3-4 times a month. Get rid of the helicopter and put them in patrol. Do not hire anymore officers as patrol will be staffed like never before. Aboslutely no overtime will be needed and of all the units disbanded you will see a $10,000,000 savings to the City of Miami.

Mr. Tax Payer, it is because of your afeminate, wimpy ways that we waste are time answering calls that can be taken care of, without police involvement, if the caller had a backbone. If you have any question on how you tax $'s are spent make an appointment with the community affairs unit to ride along with an officer. I recommend Model City, Midnight, preferably a weekend night.

I drive through out the city and see countless city buildings waisting energy when the offices are closed. Turn off the lights and put GPS tracking on government vehicles that will save millions.

Call Money Diaz and have him return the kick backs for that water park and other white elephant projects.

Cancel the security police for politicians.

Call the Marlins and tell those over paid ****y athletes to pay for their own playground.

Call the FBI and have them find the Billions in surplus we had during the housing boom.

Last but, not least hold a candlelight vigil for those politicians who end up in federal prison.
