    THIS JUST IN:

Philadelphia is mourning the loss of three children tonight. Early reports indicate a car reportedly being chased by police struck a group of people in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia around 7:30. According to our sister station, WPVI, an 8-year-old, a 5-year-old, and an 11-month-old are dead. And, taken to the hospital: a 1- year-old with serious injuries and another person, possibly the driver of the vehicle that crashed.Mayor Michael Nutter and Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey were called to the scene, but so far police have not released much information on the crash. There's no word on why police were pursuing the vehicle, if indeed that's what happened.

Hey, as an experiment, why don't you try writing the families of the kids to explain the concept of chasing "bad guys"

The guys involved in this undeclared chase were being untruthful and thinking they were being clever but they got nabbed! In the process, they put COPS guys in an uncomfotable position. These rookie deputies were only thinking of themselves and did not give a damn about anyone else. This agency had better deal with them now or we will be stuck dealing with them later. The CDO on that night is no better than them either.
