Finally the doc is retiring. Too bad it didn't happen many years ago.

And for the record he can on his way out.

And this old guy is no fool, as he is not worth a $10 party.

Hopefully, since the Sheriff has said we need to cut positions, he will take this opportunity to cut the two colonels positions retiring (Terry and Hawkins), just leave Brown in charge of all leo and Pervertia in charge of the jail. Save thousands..

Oh, I don't know about that. As the announcement says, "Celebrate" his retirement. You certainly seem to think the event IS an occasion for celebration.
