    Employment questions for LE Dep's

    Is it normal for HR to hand out a conditional at your inital meeting with the HR staff? I found it odd that after introducing myself, showing my cert's, I was given a condition right then. Althought the Cond. has a TON of the normal "gotta do's" on it; I has been my experience that you do the majoriity (orals, PT test, background) before you get a conditional... I was just wondering if this is the norm.

    Yes it's normal. Well over 1,500 applications every month. All but the very worst of the worst get that sheet. Its just to get the ball rolling. Good luck.
