I am a probation officer who is asking a question. It appears some are thinking we should go to Iupa as our union. In Fact one of the FHP people posted on our board the reasons . Someone spoke with your pres and said how wonderful it is with Iupa.
My question is how long have you had iupa, what kind of good has it done in the raise dept. Thanks .

They suck, we have only been with them less than a year and theres no change. Same crap different union my advise why go through the hastle of changing if there are no changes. They will lead you to believe there are but of course there is NONE. They have already dropped the ball on 2 Officer related disipline actions in less than a year but what the heck there great.
