What the **** is wrong with you people!!!! You watch out for your own- the word is loyalty! Pinti would ****in give her own mother a DUI. Flint would give his mother a DUI. Roman would obviously give his mother one too! Those ****ers need to be moved with the ****in crooked slimers (my opinion) to Internal Affairs, they would fit in great! And anyone that supports there actions are retards. By the way, wasn't Pinti drinking at the wedding shindig also??????????? How were her driving skills. A good Deputy would have just gave him a ride or escorted him home, at least offered!!! The way I see it, some of those ****s in that group should step back and think outside the box, and not let there ego's effect their decisions. JP left the scene when she finds out its SL? Was this before or after she worte the witness statement. JP followed the car? I thought the car was going 100mph? Well the laws of physics indicates that JP had to travel FASTER than 100mph to catch up to it. In her POV none the less with no lights or siren. No?

True it was SL's fault for drinking and driving, but if he was going that fast then why would JP speed up to continue following and put her family in danger? Why did she follow him off of 75 at Jacaranda, doesn't she reside in NP?

Nobody condones the stupidity of SL. He is a moron, no question about it. But the first thing JP did when she saw it was SL, she started making phone calls. The hissy fit she was displaying at the scene was unreal. And it doesn't change the fact that she was driving like a moron as well to be able to follow him the way she did. Capt JL, seems to be the only one who had any balls in this situation. "Handle like you would anyone else" He left it up to the people at the scene. So that can go two ways. A X15 with the correct PC (which there was NONE) or secure the vehicle and call the driver a cab or a ride. CR chose to X15. Was it because he was pressured by the supervisors on scene. No.... LT PK was very upset and SGT PS was just as frustrated. CR fell victim to JP's temper tantrum on the scene. He should have had the ballz to say no to the X15 because there was not enough PC to do it. Bottom line.
He was not "ordered" to arrest SL. So it was in his hands at that point. DISCRETION and BALLZ. He should have told her to shut the "uck up and to leave the scene.

In hind site, had it been me, I would have respectfully said "No" if ordered to arrest. I would have taken the paper. You can't be ordered to arrest someone.

I hope that SL survives this. He will probably ride the front desk awhile. Hopefully it was a wake up call for him to grow up.

Plus she is on light duty because of prescription meds she is taking..... don't all those bottle say not to mix with alcohol?? We hate and distrust eachother so much around here the only word we can say is "I am looking out for me" or "Cover my ass". Have you ever done "what was right"?
