    Background process

How long after taking the polygraph does your packet go to background? (or receive a denial letter.) I know there is no exact time but what is an average? Thanks in advance.

Normally the background will go out and the investigator will have two weeks to have it done and returned to tallahassee. Unfortunately, most of your waiting will be because of tally. They rush things to get done out in the field, (ie poly, background, etc.,) and then it sits on someones desk at HQ unecessarily long.

When you go to the final phase of Hiring (Physical/Interview/etc.) do they tell you anything then or do they send you a letter about their decision? If they send a letter how long did it take for you to get yours? I know theres a DOT class going on right now. Does anyone know when the next one is set for? Thanks in advance.
