Is it true that the county judge no longer allows Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test as DUI evidence in court or is this a Third Circuit thing?

No reply yet from anyone inside the dept. Looks like they don't check this board or have been told to stay away from it.

Thats to bad, this forum allows for anyone to post anonymously with no fear of retaliation from their administrative staff. Perhaps your leader likes keeping you in a box with no windows to the outside world.

In fact, that seems to be attitude of the county. Build a wall around us, let nothing come in and nothing go out. Keep it like it always has been. Change nothing.

Maybe the MOD will delete the forum for TCSO and close the window of truth so feared by your leader.

LEO in Taylor County can use Nystagmus as Field Sobriety and even u=include this in their reports. The judge will not hear testimony on Nystagmus.
