Yes I am pretty sure of it and he is also said to be taking Lt. JB with him.

Well the LTC will be a loss. But not JB. Guess he lost his political influence when he and his wife splilt. Wont be able to skip ranks anymore without her. So may as well latch on to the LTC.

I heard from a reliable source that he's going into the lobbying business with Graham Fountain.

You must mean an unreliable source

I don't think Binder would be associated with the beach ball Fountain, he wore that weight for 8 years.
