Been Busy

I see that the Task Force, SO and PPD have been busy making Drug Arrests. Way to go. Wouldn't have anything to do with an election coming up would it? It's amazing how the Sheriff's name ends up in every article in the Newspaper about nearly every drug arrest made lately.

I do want to commend the Officers of PPD though. Please keep making drug arrests. Keep the pressure on,

A Taylor County Sheriff's deputy resigns after being named in an illegal seafood investigation.

The indictment details how he and four other Panhandle fishermen and seafood dealers and two Georgia brothers, allegedly mislabeled fish, falsified documents and conspired to illegally transport a variety of fish across state lines from Florida to Georgia.
