Sarasotan arrested for murdering sister

Paul Brinskelle is charged with murder in the shooting death of Jo Ann Brinskelle in the 4600 block of Country Meadows Drive.

Paul Brinskelle, 47, was having an argument with his sister, Jo Ann Brinskelle, 50, when he shot her with a pistol at 6:43 p.m.
