    Working Conditions

    I will be retiring soon from South Florida. I want to relocate to north Florida. Is AG a decent place to work. Or would you guys recommend going to a Sheriff Dept. up that way. Any suggestions.

    How high is the turnover rate at the Pensacola station?

    Higher than it should be, it is the best station we have as far as the facility. The Captain is a good egg, sergeants are a little lacking. I love it hear beacuse its a beautiful place to live over here.
