Remember that micro-management IS NOT supervision. It is childish, cowardly, insecurity.

This is what happens when a bunch career "bumps on a log" are appointed to positions of leadership. These people have never been leaders so it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to lead properly. Their authority is abused and misused. Remember to keep your enemies close and your"friends" closer.
