IM NOT SURPRISED TO HEAR THIS. CGPD SGTS HAVE A LONG HISTORY AND REPUTATION FOR NOT STANDING UP FOR THEIR OFFICERS. THEY LEARNED IT FROM CGPD STAFF.

That's because the Sgt's 06 at 45 after the hour. They are probably home at that time and don't hear the radio.. or care.
