These two are just like two peas in a pod. Their idea of leadership is to lead by intimidation and fear. You don't have to believe me just stand by and watch.
They are NOT as Great as some folks try to sell them as.

You really can't intimidate an ABT agent. You see, in order to be intimidated you must be responsive to fear. Fear only works with people who have something to lose.

The word is that it will be an old Major from the South.....

His MO is to befriend people he thinks can help him look good. He'll make empty promises of promotion and/or pay raises. He does it to get you to work your tail off for him. When he can't deliver or if what you do is no longer top priority, he'll turn on you. He demands loyalty to him but doesn't give it in return. Beware... if he comes knocking with grand promises, make him put it in writing; otherwise, you'll never see it in realty.
