Your theory doesn't make any sense. One of the people you mention just retired. It wouldn't matter if he went with the merger or not. He is not working either way.

Wrong again, many month's ago when talk about the merger started some of us were in the sallyport discussing what would happen if the merger would go though and the D/C joined in and came out and told us that he didn't think it would happen and that he didn't want to see it for a couple of year's becuase he wanted to stay 2 or 3 more year's to reach 35 year's with the city. So I know for a fact that he was planning to stay until his recent medical problem.

So no matter what you think he wasn't going to leave until just recently.

I was in Lake Worth eating and saw your D/C. The guy looked like he had a stroke. After thirty years of Law Enforcement let him retire as happy as he can be. You guys need to all get on with your own careers. Good luck
