Let's get serious you all. 100 is a proven lier, he discriminates against whites and has destroyed the lifes of many a good officer. You ask why? Well lets look back at his complete failure as a man, a husband, a father, a chief and as a human (if thats possible). He blames each and every officer at HPD for all of his failures just as Fidel Castro blames the United States for the failures and plight of Cuba. Raul did the same in 1990 after he was convicted and senteneced to 10 years in prison. When he came back who was to blame for what he did wrong, all of the good people at HPD. Your pay has gone down every since not to mention all the other things the guy has done to everyone. Don't you get it, wake up and smell the coffee.

As for all of these recent IA investigations, the real reasons for them are 1) that he is trying to prevent all of the people that want to leave the slavery at HPD 2) he trying to keep his job as chief at HPD. You see there was this other little guy with a big ego a few hundred yeras ago who used to keep one hand inside his coat, you know who I'm talking about, whats the difference between him, Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez and other dictators. They all have very large ego's and use their position power to destroy anyone who gets in the way. Just think about this one, if you were to see the chief in a dark ally and he was no longer the chief how do you think he would be to you. I'll bet he would have his tail between his legs covering up his ***** and kissing your ass so that you don't kick the shit out of him. He is not a MAN>

By the way just because the Castro wantabee says that someone has done something wrong and starts an IA does not make it true. Look at the tall american LT who took on the Chief, mayor and the rest of City Hall and wiped his ass with them. If you stand up and fight for what is right you will win in the end, the only hard part is the fight. Expect the worse from the City and be prepared and you will win just as that LT did. I understand that he now takes hom more $$$ evrey year then the chief who is a slave to Raul and Julio. That's why you must fight. A bully can be beat when you show him that you are not affraid, you can win if you all stick together, if not then eat the shit that you deserve and shut the **** up. Be a MAN or be a *****.
