PBSO does not need any recruiters. They used to have hundreds of applicants on file until HR MGR JS messed things up. Look at some of the newer employees. Did you ever wonder how they got a job? Ft. Lauderdale PD has many offciers that want to come here. BSO is the same way. These are just two of many agencies having problems, with LEOs looking to come here. We have the best contract in the state and one of the best in the country. Do you think, that in itself is reason enough for people wanting to come here? Our agency could save money by not having a recruiting unit. This is just a little perk for JS, who should retire before she screws this agency up more then she has done so far.
