Gone & Will Be Forgotten

Well yesterday should go down in the history books for TIAPD. A use less Lt retired and his butt boy from (PCSO) showed up for his retirement. Now that is over and we can all forget about that person who though he was a real cop/or leader. There are other (SO Call Leaders) that will be leaving/retiring in lest than 20months and some even sooner. Another LT with no back bone and a so called Sgt who can't even pass the Physical test and has never taken it. However ,it will be years before our Dept will ever change. But it's a start.

If we could get our union to do anything instead of sell ing us down the drain. Maybe the rep/will, since he didn't make Sgt. We can only hope so.

Well Iam disgruntled.Why You ask? Look who is retiring.A Sgt who never passed any Sgt test, did not pass the physical test( never took the Physical test) and was the Supervisor in charge of testing other officers .Never supevised anyone. Worked at TIAPD for 28years.
There are officers who should be supervisors and because of our chief or the AC they pick who they want. (How?) No test or they have a test and if someone passes they don't want they rewrite the test again. So you must be a supervisor or the PBA Rep/or the Brass. And you are the loser......

stop trying so hard and learn to sit back and get paid to do nothing!

Those stats they came out with are for show, they didn't do a thing except create more air blabber with signal 100's so everybody can pad their stats without doing anything!
