I think the toys For tots is a fantastic program for the kids, Jax area does an annual Christmas party for our "welfare" kids as you claim, so what if they are welfare every kid should have a...

I agree with this as well but I always assume they are in a hurry to get to where they are going,a call or just in a hurry to go home I know I would be....but I have thought this same thought a few...
