FTO Incentives?

So, there were rumors of incentives like a salary boost and perhaps even a promotion for FTOs. I always wonder - where do these rumors even originate from? We're molding the future of the Sheriff's Office with our FTOs and FTOs with less than five years experience is a recipe for disaster.

Offer some incentives and you'll see a lot of older, more experienced folks interested in an FTO position. Invest in your people now and see more quality deputies (and less liabilities) out on the street. :cool:

Most, if not all, have more then 5 years. What are you talking about?
