Inspector John Norris IAD and Confidentiality LOL!

Here is a very nice letter by John Norris and he is really concerned about "confidentiality" and protecting Police Officers who come forward. I am sure that is exactly what he was thinking when he called Capt. William Sprenkle and informed him that I was at IAD for 5 hours giving a statement and had a pile of Police Reports audio tapes and video tapes accusing Lt. Dilacqua and Sgt Hauck of what I believed was criminal behavior. I am sure it was good information for them to have as they were sitting around filling out the ONLY NEGATIVE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION I was ever NOT given since they till this day have NOT asked me to recieve and sign it. Just 7 days after I was at IAD.
