Dr. Jesse Collins is writing a monthly column in our LEO Lighthouse section. Dr. Collins is a National Board Certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing clinical psychotherapy in private practice to law enforcement officers, civilians and their families. He is also an active duty law enforcement officer with a large Tampa Bay agency and has over 25 years experience as a law enforcement officer. In the column he answers your questions about LEO stress, relationships, depression, performance issues and other psychological aspects of life as a warrior.
