Don't trust anyone especially the brass because they are all looking out only for themselves and they will sell you out in a heartbeat.
Keep a low profile, stay off their radar, and do your time with as little stress as possible so you can retire. That's what it is all about.
Straight forward cops get ousted by other cops who are shit, because they know how bad they look in comparison. They will try and drag an honest, hard-working cop down, just so they don’t look as bad or ruin the sham-life that got going on.
