Broward PBA To provide food stamps to Miramar officers!

So from yesterday’s zoom meeting with pba president Rod Skirvin we gathered that they will be giving us more food. A van was donated to them so they are bringing more food to Miramar and Pembroke Pines. Don’t believe me check their Instagram page they even mention it there! Pba made no mention of getting back in charge of collective bargaining and getting raises / colas. Members want increased wages but they want to give us food.

They talked about their great legal representation but we all know of members that were shafted by them so make your own conclusions on that one.


Also please remember that this VRIP / buyout for senior officers benefits them including PBA Vice President Tiberio. We all got left holding the bag with Bare minimum staffing levels creating officer safety issues.

Let’s face it, the PBA isn’t what it used to be.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Florida State Pba told roddy rod to step away in order to save the Broward pba. With Hollywood and pines looking at fop they better move quick.

Is the reason why the Pba is bringing us food because they don’t get us raises and colas?

Do you understand that the FOP or PBA can only give you what the city is willing to give? Thats a pretty basic thing! If they bring you food and you are opposed to the FOP or PBA then dont eat it. Another pretty simple thing!

Another simple thing stop bribing us with food. All the Pba mentions is food.
