The poor guy was sacrificed by PLEA/IUPA who, via Nubauer, persuaded him to use their attorney Andre instead of PBA. Compare that outcome to airport Officer Tony Rodriguez who was fired for slap, the PBA hired nationally known use of force experts and their team of lawyers getting Tony his job back and back pay. Also look at Alledo from North Miami where PBA fought hard to the point the SAO dropped charges! Experience and war chests matter!!!

The north Miami guy was found guilty while using a PBA attorney. It was an FOP attorney out of Ft Lauderdale who won his appeal.
You guys have denied so many officers who either have gone to their own attorneys ( and win) or came to us. Btw I believe his name is Aledda. You should at least know your members names.

All that aside, why do you embrace and canonize KFR? She’s a piece of shit. Your members all know it so why are you so endearing to her. What does she have on you that you won’t stand up for your members and go after her?
