Your job is to fight crime Chief Noel-Pratt not socialize with criminals

What a travesty to see our Chief Noel-Pratt carousing with common criminals at every community affair. Does she not realize that the people involved in several mass shootings are hiding right in front of her face?
We are aware of your philandering reputation Chief Noel-Pratt. We are aware of your extra-marital affair with MDPD’s Chief Charles Nanney. That relationship raised some eyebrows. You have never cared about our profession. You only care about continuing to ascend ranks with little knowledge or substance. Please, follow the lead of our other note worthy ex-county recycle Patterson and leave the Gardens. We need someone who can bring an end to all this crime.

That seems to be a trend. Steadman Stahl frequently na va out, and dines, with convicted felons who were sent to the big house for corruption. He also has a BFF who is a drug addict/Government informant. The list goes on.
