Grover Robinson has no spine. He is weak, gutless (only figuratively), and cares about only himself. He isn’t smart enough to see the impact of decisions made in his immediate self-interest.

Those who stand for nothing will fall for anything. Mayor Robinson is one of a long line of politicians who are trying to do one thing. That is to get re-elected! Many (most) politicians seem to think that appeasing ravel rousers is the only way ahead. Once you start to appease someone you display weakness. Only weakness. His handling of the formation of the council, covid masks, etc has shown that he is not interested in solving any problem. He cares (like most politicians) about appearing to solve a problem. I wish our elected officials would take a stand for what is right, and not for what they feel is popular just once. If EVERYONE is such an expert on police proceedure, well then come on down, get a uniform, put on a duty rig and weapon and patrol a beat! See if you can make chicken soup out of the chicken $#!+ that is presented to you at each call. See if you can make sense of the senseless in enough time to make the calls we make! There is no problem to solve here! No "systematic" problem needing a "council" anyhow! Stop breakin the law and fly straight and cops won't have anything to do with you. Simple.
