Information on SPD

I just completed my background interview and am not sure about my chances on getting an offer. I’m a cop in tennessee and was hoping someone could answer a few questions.

What is the shift schedule? Is it fixed or rotating? 10 or 12 hr.?

Is it hard for rookies to get overtime? Up here we can get about 20 hrs per week pretty easy, was wondering if that is doable for a new officer down there.

Do the supervisors stand up for their officers? Or will they cave over a minor bs complaint?

Are officers issued decent equipment? Are the load bearing vests approved?
