The FDC and Inch are a joke.

All state law enforcement agencies are submitting proposals for pay increases and once again FDC is at the bottom. Inch acts like he's fighting to give you what you deserve, which apparently is still less than every other state agency.

Hope you all get this raise next year so you can taste what everyone else has been making for the last decade while they get even higher raises. I can't even imagine why FDC Support Staff still even work for the department when they can literally go anywhere else for the same or more money without all the shitty management.

Take a look at the rising prices of groceries and you will know how big of a raise you need just to keep up. Anyone who is not getting at least a 5% raise is falling behind.

So what is new, still liars and crooks, different names. Inch's negotiations with the FL legislature for a raise are less credible than a pro wrestling match.
