When you stand Police Roll Call with 7 WHITE Police Officers and 1 WHITE Police Sergeant and next to you is ONE newer BLACK Police Officer and the Police Commissioner is called "that ****ing ****** in the PAB". you do feel "crushed". It was just beyond racial but just the actions of a coward under such circunstances. Easy to do it with just "one of them there"? Do you think the Police Commissioner would be pleased that I would stand up NOT just against the "racial slur" BUT against the cowardess and disgrace of such an action? LOL! Nope Neal was more interested in protecting the City and money coming in. Hey I was just one unconnected cop.

PS I have the black officers IAD statement and 1-2 of the white officers also told the truth that is why IAD had no choice but to sustain it.
