A lot seems to be going on here, but it’s nothing that affects the functionality of the Police Department or the City. For one, why would anyone post here making themselves look bad? As an image it just looks sloppy. Do NOT post anything negative in this thread. It’s for positive energy only. The PD is fully capable of day to day function and is effective in daily protection and enforcement actions within the City. Though it may not seem like it in recent posts here, each officer with their differences is able to work together to preform their jobs. In every work environment there are issues. Here, it’s small. Family small, and not everybody in a family gets along. Not everyone will get along. Emotions are high, it’s crazy times. Just remember to be successful each position needs support. Residents have the PD’s back. We are small but mighty. Working toward a more professional agency. We have high water vehicles to avoid damaging cruisers. New vehicles on the way. Maintaining the ones we have. It’s only as good as we make it here. It’s always going to be a battle. Focus on yourself and making yourself better. Don’t cut people in half to make yourself whole. Please, stop the bickering here.
