need help from cold case homicide detective

Looking for a contact, in helping bring closure to a death of a Retired Miami Police Officer's uncle. The victim got killed in Newark, NJ sometime around late 1969 or early 1970...anyone that can offer a name of a cold case homicide detective that wouldn't mind helping out ?
