Troop L - Lake Worth - Corporal Zion Todd
He beat up his sister. He should of been fired a long time ago for all the other stupid and unsafe shit he’s done on duty. This black eye is on Captain Strickland and Major Chandler.

Palm Beach has some real winners working there…. He’s just one of many.

Is Todd still employed ? Pretty much everyone else would have been fired as soon as the brass showed up at the jail.

The Brass in L let Todd do whatever he wanted. Todd was one of Captain Strickland’s favorites so he got away with everything.
