Just had a few questions about DIF benefits and comparison to other state LE jobs: are you guys issued take-home vehicles? Does everyone work 9x5, or can one chose 8x4, 10x6, etc.?

We do have take home vehicles. We have some flexibility with out schedule, but that may depend on your supervisor. You may be able to come in early or stay late as needed and either make up or offset the hours another day. Most supervisors encourage doing stuff outside of the office while coming into work or going home. Technically we work a 9 hour day, with a one-hour lunch break. Overall, it is a pretty good place to work.
Is the Jax DIF office housed with FDLE at the ROC?
I'm not sure if they are housed with another agency. I believe it is a good office to work due to not seeing a high turnover over there.
