It is an honest question, go view her personnel file at DIF. Talk to those left in the office and the field. There should be no bashing on this forum unless it is justified with credible information. But MOD you should not delete honest questions about a top level executive, especially with the way Tally plays musical chairs with has beens and re-treads.
