There are a lot of issues in this agency and pay is one of the top. The moral is at an all time low and does not look to be getting better anytime soon. Ofcs from other agencies are making double our hourly rate doing the same job as us. Radio signal is horrible. Backup is almost none existent. The top only care about themselves and promoting there buddies. Let’s not get me started.
