Read to the bottom. This is one of many failures of the OC spray we carry.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Police beat for Oct. 27
Student charged
A county police officer pepper sprayed a 15-year-old boy inside an Annapolis High School courtyard Tuesday, county police said.
The boy, who lives in an Annapolis group home, was eventually charged with disrupting school activities, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was released to a group home counselor.
Police said the school resource officer heard the boy yelling in the main office. When Cpl. Frederick Paesch asked the boy to settle down, he was met with a stream of expletives. He eventually told the boy he was under arrest, only to have him pull his arms away before he could be handcuffed.
Police said the boy then ran into a courtyard and got into a fighting stance with the officer, leading him to pull out his pepper spray and spray the boy. The wind dispersed most of the spray though and did not stop him from wanting to fight.
A second police officer then responded and helped wrestle the boy to the ground and place him in handcuffs.

try vexor. it is by zarc. go to zarc.com. it is 15,000,000 s.h.u. it is the strongest stuff going. i work in a county jail in florida and have used it on one to many occasions. it takes all the fight out of anyone. it also comes out in a "rifeling"pattern which makes it very accurate even in the wind.
