Taser Holster Question

In reference to the M26 Taser Holster that weare issued, how does one adjust the cartridge pouch. The two screws that hold it to the holster base are in round nuts (real smart holster makers). Whats the best way to secure the nuts to keep them from sping when you unscrew the screws????

Ive tried to use pliers and it aint working too well.

Inside the pouch are two little bolts that need to be removed, take them out and move the pouch up.

I see that. How do you take the bolts out? They are round edged......
