LEO Friendly Apartment Complex

Does anyone know of any LEO Friendly apartment complexes in Hillsborough County? Are there any places that give LEO discounts on rent?

Look on your District bulletin board and ask your zone partners, but beware the cheaper the discount the worse the apartment is.

I think Camden properties still waives your application fees and some other things for being a county employee or work for a "preferred employer". Remeber to ask them or you might not get it.

I am a LEO in pinellas county and am currently living in an aparment complex with a free one bedroom apartment as a courtesy officer. The regional manager asked me the other day if I knew anyone with HCSO. When I asked why, she advised that she would offer them a free apartment if they moved in as a courtesy officer( in your case Deputy). I do not recall the name but I can find out. I do know that she is having problems and is looking for a go getter who will help clean it out. I can get more details if need be just let me know.
