Interesting Thread on TPDs Forum RE: Reserves

Thread starts off about a Reserve at TPD that may have gotten into trouble. Then it transforms into different opinons about TPD Reserves. Mostly good, positive comments

I personally feel the majority of Reserves at our Agency are actually pretty good. Of course there are a few that maybe shouldn't be out there, just like there are a few full time Deps that maybe shouldn't be out there either but for the most part, they're not bad.

There are good and bad reserves. There are good and bad full time. There are good and bad admin. Repeat this for all jobs you may ever have, it will never change.
