If a sworn officer was stupid enough to let himself be videotaped using his department issued Tasar to zap his equally stupid friends at a drunken party has he broken any laws?
I especially liked the scene where moron 1 and moron 2 joined arms and officer dumbass attached the probes to each shoulder. ZAP
I posted this on the officers department LEO page but it was deleated right away. I suppose I should have added "former officer" since having been defrocked by his last department he is no longer a sworn officer.
I would still like to know if any laws were broken.
