This will be everything you never wanted to hear about contract negotiations, but that you know you need to hear. Most of the things you are currently doing are probably wrong. In your heart, you already know this. You just have not been able to admit it. We get you over this obstacle and teach you the correct way to negotiate.

Tired of how the city negotiator deals with you? We will teach you why he is doing it and what you need to do to change it. We will make it easy to change. It is about knowing the right things to do and when to do them.

THE ENTIRE NEGOTIATING PROCESS IN A TWO DAY COURSE
What to do before negotiations
What to say and do at the negotiating table
What to do if you do not succeed at the table
How to get your deal ratified
We literally teach you what to say and when to say it. What you will learn is applied knowledge, not theory. After you complete our two day course, you will be a “back slapping” politician and lobbyist that knows how to get what he wants at the negotiating table. This is a no BS, hands on, how to course on contract negotiations. “SHOW ME THE MONEY” that’s what we do. We’re not interested in suing or fighting with your employer. We have only one goal – TO OBTAIN THE BEST PAY AND BENEFITS FOR YOUR DEPARTMENT.

The program includes lively mock negotiations between the union’s negotiator “Mad Dog” Bronkoski and the city’s negotiator I.M. Duplicitous. We will ask that all attendees remain in their seats until Mr. Duplicitous has exited the room. We do not want any gratuitous punches thrown toward I.M. or his bodyguard.

We are so certain that you will be pleased with what you learn; we will give you a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the training provided or believe we did not cover the topics on the agenda we will refund the entire fee – no questions asked.

For your information.....Police pay.net is a waste of time. They spend more time in Vegas than any consuting group known to man and gouge collective bargaining units for their services.

 ... and again ...

From personal experience, I'd say PolicePay.Net is out there trying to help police get fair deals during negotiations and they do it for less than our attorney used to! As far as their time in Vegas, I've only heard of one seminar each year they have there. I do know they work for the police in several areas out there, which you can see if you review their website and look at the client list, maybe that's why they spend time in Nevada. Most likely, the person that posted the other comment has no idea how often they are in Vegas, how much they charge for their services, or much of anything about anything. If you want to know the truth, talk to any of their past clients, I know I'd give them a glowing recommendation!

I agree Police pay is out for officers good, but so is the PBA.

I admit I am not a huge fan of the PBA, but they have got us great contracts, not sure if its because of them or Mayor Pam.

Thank god we got ours done last year and didn't hold out. There are all of these freezes because of the unknown with property taxes, and the fire guys are left holding an empty bag.

The Tampa Fire Department is holding the bag with our retirement insurance in it.

Maybe they'll try to help the retirees.....Nah, probably not.
