Is the corrections pt hard? what is typical?

just start run/walk/run/walk now and hit the gym if you can. You got to come in with some sort of physical base, they dont expect you to do a triathalon or anything but just progress from day one till the end. Oh yeah, if you dont already, eat right and give up booze.

i loved pt, well most of the time. it was as hard as you made it on yourself.
