Two have quit in one week with more than 4 + years on, 4 more in the near furture. What will it take Mayor, do you want to keep your Police Officers or continue hiring inexpierence and continue to be a revolving door. Time to review other cities and be competative. This is a sign of serious problems to come.

Yea but now she has left. How many more are going to leave before we are treat equal? What does it take to get the same benfits as other agencies?

That's funny, but I don't think anybody forced you to work here. We will get what we need as long as we stick together, that's why it is called NEGOTIATION...no need to start slinging mud at City Hall yet, talks have not broken down. As long as we are talking anything is possible :P

True negotiations have not broken down yet. But in order to negotiate there has to be some ovement on boht sides. The city wants us to drop our proposal but they will not up theirs. They are not negotiating, all they are doing is taking the same amount of money and changing where it goes to make 51% happy. Negotiations I don't think so.

You can include Sgt. S.M. he is just waiting his ten year mark on leave then he is leaving and there will be 2 other Sgts. leaving at the end of the year, plus there three other officers in the process of other agencies just waiting...we will be stuck with rookies who make equal to me! :twisted:

S.S, M.R, S.M, S.C and 4+ leaving soon...wow. They must of smelled a wiff of that contract before the rest of us did. ARRRRF! Good luck guys. :lol:
