Remember that HCSO does not pay a dime into their pension. 2% current employee contribution is great but how long will that last. It was 1.8% last year but don't forget the 12.1% and 11.4% the two years prior. HCSO has much better health coverage also.

Remember your Majors got 4950 bonus. That's a 7.5% raise for an MPO. But they made all the arrests.
